I. Plan of Investigation
Testing medicines, vaccines, and drugs on beasts like mice, guinea pigs, rats, and rabbits, cats and dogs , happens all the time, because it is legal to test both medications and cosmetics on a lower species. The question Im proposing is: Should zoology exam be allowed in medical query? This is a question highly debated in the mainstream media.
To explore the disparate options to answer this question, I will take a opinion at books and articles written by experts in this field. Books and articles by scientists in testing labs, scientists researching alternative testing methods, and activists set about all been used. I will look at these sources, analyze them for their purpose and bias, and consequently give my own opinion on the issue and backwards it up with my sources. I narrowed my focus down from animal testing in any patience to just medical, in order to be have a more specialised and detailed paper.
II. Summary of Evidence
The debate on animal rights when it comes to testing can be argued on two levels: the medical industry and the ethics of experimentation.



There is a huge argument around what would happen if we stopped animal testing (who would we test on then?). But before we reach that day where on that point has to be an answer to that, we have to look at the facts just about modern animal experimentation.
Animal testing is also called animal experimentation or animal research. Animal testing is when a substance (i.e. drug, medicine, lipstick) is injected or tested on an animal. The purpose is to pass the reaction of the animals body to the substance to gibe whether it is safe for humans. (Yearly, 25 to 100 million animals undergo this treatment. Animals have played a big part in the ontogenesis of medicines, drugs, food additives, and supplements (Hayhurst, 15).
