I grew up in an incredibly small town with an top-heavy mother and an emotionally abusive stepfather as my role models; this pain up being the main catalyst of my maturity. I was neer one of the kids to come home from school and hurry through homework to go play with the other children on the roadway because that was quite miniscule to the amount of responsibilities I was expected to uphold. I had the house to search and maintain, an alcoholic mother to take superintend of, two younger brothers to help with homework, to be fed, to be bathed, and to be put to bed on time.
I had grocery shop and laundry to do, all still while searching for the seconds to try finish my homework. Surviving 7 years of this madness was a miracle and what gave me the strength and drive to be the someone I am today. I learned how to be responsible, how to prioritize in vagabond to manage my time, the importance of responsible alcohol consumption, how to control my emotions, how to site myself to something, and finally how to find the best in people and good-natured them for that alone.
