Abstract:
The guinea pig addressed the cerebral lateralization between the use of the ii hemispheres of the brain, left and decent. The two hemispheres of the brain are specialized to serve different types of cognitive tasks. Each hemisphere has its own mugwump stream of consciousness so the hemispheres have different modes of mentation (Weiten). This connection states that when the left hemisphere of the brain is aflame, the human military issues eyes would go to the right, as the brains left hemisphere controls the movement of the right side of the body. Furthermore, the right hemisphere controls the bodily movement of the left side of the body, including yet not limited to eye movement. Ten orbits were each asked eighter from Decatur questions, four of which stimulated the left hemisphere and four of which stimulated the right hemisphere. The first four questions dealt with linguistics, logical system and mathematics, while the concluding four dealt with creativity and spatial debate. The first four questions involving linguistics, logic and math were designed to stimulate the left hemisphere, while the destruction four dealing with creativity and spatial reasoning were designed to stimulate the right hemisphere.
So the linguistic question leave alone stimulate the left hemisphere which will take the stand physical movement on the right side and the spatial reasoning questions will stimulate the right hemisphere which will show physical movement on the left side. It was hypothesized that if a subject was asked a question that required the use of the left hemisphere, than they would mien in the right direction, and vice versa in accordance with the dominion of cerebral lateralization. The results collected did not support the hypothesis, as none of the subjects produced the desired results.
