Introduction
The latest word of honor in the telecom industry is the possible Telenor and Warid merger where Telenor leave behind buy more than 60% stake in Warid Pakistan. though both the companies lead maintain their separate brand identity, the direction of Warid will be controlled by Telenor. We have chosen this soon rumoured hypothetical situation for the purpose of our study. Since an erudition is to happen, there will be a change in the top prudence values of Warid Telecom when telenor takes over its perplexity. According to Robert Quinns mould of competing values, there are 4 quadrants and so 4 management value styles that an organization can follow.
